Enrollment & Conduct
Our terms are designed to protect the integrity of the learning environment and set honest expectations for both the student and the Ustadh.
- Honest Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Founding members secure their introductory rate for the lifetime of their continuous, unbroken enrollment.
- 14-Day Refund: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for new enrollments if the program is not the right fit.
- Adab (Character): Students are expected to maintain the highest level of respect and adab toward their qualified teachers and peers at all times.
- The Completion Commitment: We guarantee the quality of our teaching, the HifzFlow method, and our daily tracking; we do not guarantee a specific memorization timeline, as outcomes belong to Allah.
- Platform Usage: HifzFlow accounts are for individual use only. Account sharing disrupts the academic memory map and is strictly prohibited.
- Right to Pause: You may request to pause your subscription for genuine, unforeseen life events, subject to administrative approval, without losing your founding rate.
