- Profile Data: We collect basic contact information (names, emails) strictly to manage your enrollment and community access.
- Academic Tracking: HifzFlow securely logs attendance, daily memorization (sabaq), revision (manzil), and weak areas to equip your teacher for your next session.
- Session Recordings: Classrooms are recorded so students can replay teacher corrections. These are securely stored and never made public.
- Female Cohort Protection Spec: Strict internal safeguards govern classroom recordings and data access to ensure absolute privacy for our sisters.
- Zero Data Selling: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal, financial, or academic data to third-party marketers.
- Right to Deletion: Upon leaving the academy, you may request the complete deletion of your HifzFlow academic footprint and personal data.
